Etisalat Collect Call Service enables the caller to make a call from any Etisalat mobile, Land line or payphone number to any Etisalat Mobile number and the called number will pay for that call.

With this service, you can make direct contact with anyone anywhere in the UAE whenever you need it the most, without being charged for that call. The person whom you have called, will pay for that call.

You can stay in touch with your loved ones at all times with Etisalat Collect Call Service under all circumstances, which include:

If you run out of balance and you still wish to make an urgent call.
If you are using a zero barred telephone and you need to place a call.
If your Prepaid Wasel mobile phone is temporally out of service and you need to make an emergency call.
If you have credit in your phone or you have zero credit, you can still initiate any number of outgoing collect calls or receive unlimited collect calls.

This service works even if you have credit in your account and you wish your friends to pay for your call.

How to Subscribe

There is no subscription for this service. The service is available by default to all the Etisalat Wasel/Ahlan/GSM mobile and land line customers, free of charge.

How to use Etisalat Collect Call Service?
You can use Etisalat Collect Call service by making a call through your Mobile number (Wasel/Ahlan/GSM) Land line number Payphone.
1- From mobile number (GSM, Wasel or Ahlan)
Via USSD (mobile interactive menu) 1- Press 13205xxxxxxxx# where 05xxxxxxxx is the called person number. 2- The called person (whom you have made a call to) will receive a call. Once the person picks the call, he/she will be requested to either accept or reject the call. Upon accepting, the call will be connected. Via IVR 1- Call 132* followed by the mobile number you want to call (i.e; 132*05xxxxxxxx) 2- The called person (whom you have made a call to) will receive a call. Once the person picks the call, he/she will be requested to either accept or reject the call. Upon accepting, the call will be connected.
2- From Land line or payphone
1- Call 132. 2- Listen to the instructions and record your name when you are requested to do so. 3- Enter the 10 digit Etisalat mobile number (i.e; 05xxxxxxxx) you want to call when the voice recorded asks you to do so. 4- The called person (whom you have made a call) will receive a call. Once the person picks the call, he/she will be requested to either accept or reject the call. Upon accepting, the call will be connected.
Managing your Black/White List
You can manage Black/White Lists, as well as other end user parameters yourself via: 1- Etisalat USSD menu 132#. Press 132# and choose your desired options displayed on your mobile screen. 2- IVR 132. Call 132 and follow the voice instructions. 3- Through Etisalat web site https://collectcall.etisalat.ae
What is Black/White List?
White List This list includes the numbers that you wish to be automatically accepted without the called party announcement being played. You can add a maximum of 10 Etisalat mobile/land line numbers to this list. Black List This list includes the numbers that you wish to be automatically rejected without the called party announcement being played. You can add a maximum of 10 Etisalat mobile/land line numbers to this list. Black List Except White List With this option, you can reject all collect calls automatically, except the ones in your white list.
