Hotspots, our high-speed Wi-Fi internet service, enables you to wirelessly access the internet at locations across the UAE.

Depending on the log-in method you choose, charges will vary accordingly. You may subscribe to the single user or multi user packages of the Hotspots service. Alternatively, you may buy the Hotspots Prepaid cards available at the Hotspots venue itself or use the Etisalat Blue Prepaid Cards.

If you are an Etisalat subscriber to the Dialup or Al Shamil service you may use your regular username/password to access the Internet. Furthermore, you may also use your postpaid or prepaid GSM account to access the service.

All you need is a Wi-Fi enabled Laptop, PDA or any other Internet access device.

Getting Started

When you open your Internet browser at an Hotspots location, your WiFi enabled device, such as a laptop or mobile phone, will detect wireless Internet networks. To access the Hotspots service, choose the network titled "Etisalat" which is the SSID for the wireless network at Hotspots. You shall be automatically redirected to the Hotspots access portal where you can choose the method of payment to pay for accessing the Internet. Please proceed according to the easy instructions thereafter.

To Log Out

1- Please bookmark the Status Page that is launched upon connecting to the Internet. Return to this page and click Log Out.
2- Laptop users may also choose to keep the Status window open during the Internet session. Click Log Out when you want to exit the Internet session.

Monitor your Internet Usage

You may monitor your Internet usage on the Status Page through the usage session
