Local calls are charged at National Call Rates.

Off-Peak Rate Timings

For all the dialed calls within UAE, the Off-Peak Rates timings are between 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 7am from Saturday to Wednesday.

However, on Thursday, the Off-Peak Rates timings are from 2pm onwards and all day of Fridays until 7am Saturday. i.e; From Thursday 2pm To Saturday 7am.

Note: For all the national public holidays declared by Federal Government, the Off-Peak Rates timings applies throughout the day.

International calls

International Calls are charged at IDD rates.

Off-Peak Rate Timings

For all the countries with IDD service, the Off-Peak Rate timings are between 9pm to 7am from Saturday to Thursday, all day on Fridays until 7am Saturday and National Public holidays declared by Federal Government.

However, there are additional two hours of IDD Off-Peak timings. These timings are:

a- Saturday to Thursday between 2pm and 4pm, for all the countries East to UAE

b- Saturday to Thursday between 7am and 9am, for all the countries West to UAE

Note: Off-Peak Rates are not applicable to holidays declared by the Local Government nor to unscheduled holidays declared for mourning.

Bill inquiry & Payment

Applying for an Additional Postpaid Landline

In addition to apply for an Additional Postpaid Landline for your residence from your nearest Etisalat Business/Service Center, you can also apply through Etisalat Online Services.

Please bring the following documents when applying for the service:

UAE National:

• Valid Passport and a true copy thereof or any other positive identification.

GCC National:

• Valid Passport copy and proof of stay in the UAE.

Expatriates:

• Valid Visa and Valid Passport and a true copy thereof.

Businesses:

•  Valid Visa and Valid Passport and a true copy thereof of owner or sponsor.
•  Copy of valid Trade License and Power of Attorney.
